The purpose of this research was to find out the spread content and cognitive dimension question Mathematics National Exam for Junior High School (SMP) / Islamic (MTs) in school year 2005/2006-2018/2019 suitability Final based on government guidelines TIMSS taxonomy. This type is a qualitative approach. use collection data with document analysis. Data analysis techniques consist reduction, display, verification. subjects were form 14 SMP MTs national mathematics exam texts from 2005/2006 2018/2019 academic year. indicators dimensions used are Checking validity data, researcher uses triangulation by an expert through Online FGD (Focus Group Discussion).The result as follows: 1. An taxonomy obtain results that percentage still not appropriate yet Assessment Framework. At dimension, dominated geometry domain while probability have very few. Then, algebra number pretty close proportion which been specified TIMSS. 2. scope material set given distribution materials obviously level obtains different findings because there definition at domain. There includes application however it knowing Suitability till indicate percentages increase It shows each other dimension.
